Levelandtrue LLC ("Level & True", "we", "us") operates levelandtrue.co. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information you give us. When you place an order we collect your name, shipping address, billing address, email address and phone number. If you contact us, we keep that correspondence.
Payment information. We do not see or store your full card number. Card details go directly to our payment processors — Shopify Payments, PayPal and the other providers shown at checkout. We receive only the last four digits, the card type and whether the payment succeeded.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we collect your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, the pages you view and how long you spend on them. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Advertising and analytics identifiers. We use the Meta (Facebook) pixel and similar tools so we can measure our advertising and show ads to people likely to be interested in our products. These tools collect identifiers that can be matched to your accounts on those platforms.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share it with the following categories of recipients, and only as needed:

We use the Meta pixel. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, passing identifiers to an advertising platform so it can show you ads across other websites and apps counts as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not receive money for it, but it is still "sharing" under that law.
You can opt out. Use the link marked "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" in the footer of this site, or write to with "Opt out" in the subject line. We will action it and will not ask you for a reason.

These rights are available to residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas and other states with comparable laws. We extend them to every customer, wherever you live.
We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, measure traffic and support advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the essential ones, the cart and checkout will not work.
We send marketing email only to people who asked for it. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. You will still receive transactional messages about orders you have placed — confirmations, shipping notices, delivery problems.
Order records are kept for seven years to meet tax and accounting requirements. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Support correspondence is kept for three years. Analytics and advertising data follow the retention periods of the providers listed in section 3.
We use TLS encryption in transit, and our payment processing is PCI DSS compliant. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, write to and we will delete it.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will say so on the site.
