We ship within the United States only, including APO and FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays.
We would rather tell you this plainly than surprise you. If you need work pants for Monday, these will not arrive in time. If you are replacing a pair that still has a few weeks left in it, you are fine.
You get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to start showing movement — that is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.
You can also check your order status at any time on our .
Orders of two or three pairs usually ship together in one parcel. Occasionally we split a shipment across two parcels arriving a day or two apart. If that happens, you receive a tracking number for each.
Check your address before you order. Once a parcel has shipped we cannot redirect it.
If an address is wrong, email immediately. If we catch it before dispatch we will fix it. If it has already shipped, we have to wait for it to come back to us, and we will reship at no cost to you.
Parcels returned to us as undeliverable are reshipped free once. A second failure caused by an incorrect address is refunded minus the shipping we actually paid.
If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, write to us. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, we send a replacement or refund you in full. You do not have to deal with the carrier yourself.

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, as required by the state you live in. The amount is shown before you pay.
