These terms govern your use of levelandtrue.co and any purchase you make from us. The site is operated by Levelandtrue LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. We ship within the United States only, including to APO and FPO addresses.
We describe our products as accurately as we can and photograph them as faithfully as we can. Colours may look different on your screen depending on your display. Measurements in our size chart are approximate and may vary slightly between units.
Our product images include digitally created and digitally edited imagery used to illustrate features and fit.
Prices are in US dollars and do not include sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
We may change prices, run promotions and end them at any time. The price that applies to your order is the price shown when you place it. A promotion starting the day after you order does not entitle you to a refund of the difference.
Payment is taken when you place the order. If payment fails or is reversed, we may cancel the order.
The bundle offer applies automatically when three pairs are in your cart and the promotion is live. The three pairs may be different colours and different sizes.
If you return part of a bundle, the discount is recalculated on what you keep. Keeping two pairs from a three-pair bundle means those two are charged at the single-pair price, and your refund is the difference.
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it, not when you receive the confirmation email.
We may refuse or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if we find an error in the price or description, if we suspect fraud, or if the order appears to be for resale. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

The Level & True name, the Journeyman™ name, our logo, our product photography and the text on this site belong to us. You may not copy, reproduce or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
If you send us a review, a photograph or any other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our business, including in advertising.
You confirm the content is yours, is accurate, and does not infringe anyone else's rights.
We do not pay for reviews and we do not condition any benefit on a review being positive. We publish the reviews we receive, including critical ones. We remove content that is abusive, unlawful or clearly not about our product.
Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation, to scrape it at scale, to attempt unauthorised access, or to resell our products without our written permission.
Our products are work clothing. They are not personal protective equipment. They are not certified to any impact, cut, flame, electrical or chemical protection standard, and you should not rely on them for protection in any situation requiring certified PPE.
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or to this site is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost income or lost work time.
Some states do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to you only to the extent permitted.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the day you place your order. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
